Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 18 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 18 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If you do not attend your appointment without letting us know, this will be treated as a no-show, and the full appointment fee (100%) may be charged.

These charges help cover the time that has been reserved especially for you and allow us to manage our appointment schedule fairly. Thank you for your understanding and support.
